- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in tattoos or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Piercing Specialist
Provide piercing services with a calm, educational approach. The right person should be comfortable explaining placement considerations, preparation, healing expectations, and aftercare to both experienced clients and first-timers.

Studio and Client Coordinator
Help organize inquiries, appointment details, reference images, follow-ups, and the day-to-day flow of client information. This role is for someone who can keep communication warm and personal while staying highly organized.
